Aptofit TrackPro Features Explained

Updated October 2026

The Aptofit TrackPro is a simple health and fitness smartwatch with a big screen and a strong aluminum body. It keeps an eye on your heart, sleep and activity and shows your phone alerts. Here is what each feature does, in plain words.

In short: a big 1.9-inch screen, a tough aluminum body, all-day health tracking and phone alerts, at a low price per watch.

Big 1.9-inch screen

The large screen shows big, clear numbers. Simple menus and tap controls make it easy to use, even if you are new to smartwatches.

Strong aluminum body

The TrackPro has an aluminum alloy case that feels solid and handles everyday knocks.

Heart rate

A light-based (PPG) sensor on the back reads your pulse. Check it any time, or look at how it changes during walks, workouts and rest.

Blood oxygen (SpO₂)

Take a quick blood oxygen reading with a tap. It is a handy wellness check.

ECG and blood pressure reference

The watch can take an ECG-style reading and shows a blood pressure reference. These are great for everyday trends. For medical checks, keep using the devices your doctor recommends.

Sleep tracking

Wear it to bed and the TrackPro shows how long you slept, your sleep stages and how well you slept. See our sleep tracking guide for tips.

Steps, calories and sport modes

It counts your steps and calories all day and has several sport modes for walks, runs and workouts.

"Get Moving" reminders

If you sit still for too long, the watch gives you a gentle nudge to stand up and move.

Calls, texts and social media alerts

Connect the watch to your phone and see calls, texts and social media alerts on your wrist.

Battery

The battery lasts several days on one charge, depending on how many features you use. It charges with a magnetic connector.

Water-resistant (IP67)

The TrackPro has an IP67 rating, so rain, sweat and hand-washing are no problem.

What about blood sugar?

The TrackPro is a wellness watch for heart rate, oxygen, sleep and activity. It is not made to measure blood sugar. The FDA says no smartwatch is approved to check blood sugar without a needle, so keep using your glucose meter or CGM if you track blood sugar.
